All services are delivered under written quotation or agreement specifying scope, deliverables, and timeline.
3 Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
• Provide accurate business information and access credentials required for project delivery.
• Review and approve milestones or prototypes within agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local laws when integrating our technology solutions into their operations.
4 Service Delivery & Turnaround
• Typical delivery timelines are defined in each quotation or service agreement.
• Any changes in project scope or client approvals may affect delivery dates.
• Communication and updates will be provided through official email or approved project platforms.
5 Payment Terms
• Invoices are issued in AED and payable to our registered UAE business bank account.
• Standard payment schedule:
◦50 % advance upon confirmation
◦50 % upon demo confirmation
• Payment confirmations must be sent via email with transaction proof.
6 Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to maintain full transparency and client satisfaction.
a. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
•The client cancels a project before the commencement of development.
•The service delivered does not match the mutually approved scope or technical specifications.
b. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not applicable when:
•Work has already started or project phases have been delivered.
•Delays are caused by missing client data, approvals, or third-party dependencies.
•The client changes project requirements after commencement.
c. Processing of Refunds
•Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the same payment source.
•Bank or transaction fees are non-refundable.
d. Subscription or Maintenance Services
Ongoing support, hosting, or software-license fees are billed in advance and non-refundable once the service term begins
7 Data Privacy & Confidentiality
We follow the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and maintain
strict confidentiality over all client data, documentation, and credentials.
• All client data is stored securely using encrypted servers.
• We do not sell, trade, or disclose personal information to unauthorised third parties.
• Clients may request data removal or export in writing.
8 Intellectual Property
All custom deliverables (AI models, website content, system configurations) become the client’s
property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Pre-built tools, templates, or frameworks remain proprietary to Aliaksei Ivanouski Integrated
Solutions.
9 Limitation of Liability
While we employ industry-standard practices, we are not liable for:
• Data loss due to client system misuse or external cyber-attacks.
• Business losses arising from third-party service interruptions.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.
10 Amendments & Updates
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect new legal requirements or operational practices.
All updates will be published on this website with an effective-date notice.
11 Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute shall be resolved under the
jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts (unless otherwise agreed in contract).
